SAMSON BIOSECURITY

With SAMSON AGROLIZE's acquisition of GØMA, the expertise of both companies is combined in one location and with the SAMSON AGRO factory as the closest neighbor.

The SAMSON GROUP, which includes the factory, the exclusive distributor in Denmark, Samson Agrolize, and operations abroad, including Pichon in France, has detailed guidelines for all its employees on how to avoid the spread of infectious animal diseases.

With the recent developments in the spread of African Swine Fever in Germany, SAMSON Group has chosen to clarify its internal procedures to exclude any unintentional complicity in the spread of infectious livestock diseases.

All employees at home and abroad have been described the guidelines for behavior during transport of machines, service work, repairs, logistics and any customer contact in connection with sales and follow-up.

This is done in the leaflet "SAMSON GROUP BIOSECURITY" for all employees of the SAMSON GROUP.

These guidelines impose specific procedures on employees to ensure that tools, vehicles, transportation of machine parts and machines and employees do not contribute to the transmission of infectious diseases. Naturally, there are stricter instructions when employees or equipment cross borders or veterinary infection zones, and service vehicles, tools and machines must not cross borders without prior disinfection.

For society as a whole - and for all farmers, employees and the general public, but for SAMSON customers and users in particular - it is crucial that we all do our utmost to minimize the spread of infectious diseases. This is the introduction to the "SAMSON GROUP BIOSECURITY" guidelines sent to all employees by Lars Henriksen, CEO of the SAMSON GROUP.

In general, employees of the internationally oriented SAMSON GROUP and some of its business partners, including transport companies and service consultants, may come into very close contact with non-domestic cloven-hoofed animals or with manure residues from the animals.
