TD double-bladed grass traps are designed to achieve optimal utilization of the manure’s fertilizer value in grass or other crops and in heavier or dry soil types. The fall arrester is available in two widths, 8 or 12 meters. The two models are called TD8 and TD12 respectively.
The TD grass catcher is built in sections, which together with the depth control ensures a uniform working depth when the slurry is placed in grooves at the roots of the crop. The sections are 1 meter wide. There are 8 or 12 individual cutting sections, each mounted on the main frame with a pivoting point for more flexibility when cornering. Each section has 6 custom-made double blades with minimal maintenance. The blades are fully hardened and the fall arrester has a relatively low weight of 2,650 and 3,400 kg due to the high quality and high strength materials chosen.

By choosing a hydraulic spade valve for the stone trap, it can be emptied without the operator having to leave the tractor. It saves time
When selecting autolock for spade valve (hydraulic), the spade valve always closes again. This eliminates the risk of misoperation, so slurry runs out of the spade valve during operation
Optimal slurry application - optimal yield
The individual cutting sections, developed in collaboration with Aarhus University, Foulum Research Center, ensure flexibility when cornering. Each section follows the contours of the ground, even at high speed. Uniform deposition occurs even when cornering and on uneven terrain
Cutting pressure per section via closed hydraulic system. There is a precise placement of the slurry in the soil. Better utilization of the slurry and less risk of slurry being placed on top of plants
By choosing hydraulic depth control (and the SAMSON AGRO SlurryMaster 6000 control computer), slurry can be precisely placed in grooves, even in varying soil conditions. It increases the utilization of the slurry
Hydraulic weight transfer, max. 5,000 kg. The fall arrester is provided with enough weight to penetrate the ground, even if the soil is hard, dry and heavy. This extends the precipitation season. This results in better utilization of the fall arrester. The workspace is expanding
