The combined sludge extractors/flushers are used for a wide range of tasks, from sewer maintenance to sucking up drilling mud during underground drilling. A combined washer and vacuum cleaner can be used, for example, for washing field drains and suction tasks during the construction of drains.
While the smallest sludge extractors and washers are built on a single axle chassis mounted with large tractor wheels, the large trucks and advanced washers are built on a boogie chassis with the option of air suspension. The axle has forced steering of the rear wheels, and if needed, the trucks can be delivered with hydraulic wheel drive.
For increased flexibility and to have the maximum amount of clean water available when starting a job, the trucks can be delivered with a variable tank compartment. This allows the clean water to sludge ratio to be easily adjusted as the job progresses.
Two-axle models can be Tempo 40 approved and the tire fitment can be adjusted to suit whether the vehicle will be used mostly on solid roads or also in fields and construction sites where a wider tire fitment and low tire pressure is needed.
The washers come with wireless remote control, and with the new Vario II control, the operator gets a wide range of information directly on the remote control.
For example, the handheld remote control has two-way communication with the vacuum cleaner, so information from the machine is displayed on the remote control.
Both sludge vacuums and wash carts come in custom colors, and from the long list of equipment, customers have the option to build carts for individual needs.
