The ISOBUS-compatible SAMSON Section Control (TC-SC) enables automatic section control of implements based on GPS position.

This feature ensures that overlap and overdosing of slurry are reduced, for instance in wedges. This is advantageous for both the environment and yield.

Section Control can manage four sections on SAMSON SHB4 trailing shoe booms and up to two sections on other implements.

With the ISOBUS functionality “Variable Rate Application,” the user is now able to allocate organic fertilizer through an automated process in collaboration with an ISOBUS compatible GPS system.

By utilizing yield maps from previous years or using NDVI vegetation index, often obtained through satellite or drone images, an assessment of the optimal fertilization strategy can easily be made. The result of this is an application map which, through the tractor’s GPS system and SAMSON control system, regulates the application quantity.

This increases yield potential due to more efficient fertilization, but also has environmental benefits by reducing local over-fertilization and allocating nutrients depending on soil as well as plant uptake potential.

The SAMSON TG can be equipped with either a fixed implement bracket* or a Cat. 3 three-point hitch*, providing the power and functionality needed to give you the freedom to vary implement types and tackle different tasks.

The hitch has a lifting capacity of up to 3.8 tons and a thrust force of 5 tons, and can be adjusted for double- or single-acting function, ensuring it can both lift and push as well as maintain a stable working depth. Hydraulic push and pull outlets* close to the hitch contribute to easy attachment and detachment of implements.

The universal Cat. 3 hitch* ensures that several different injectors and trailing shoe booms in SAMSON AGRO’s implement lineup can be used.

The SAMSON TG comes standard with SAMSON AGRO’s specially developed unloading pump, which has a capacity of up to 10,000 liters per minute.

The model can also be equipped with a pump* with a capacity of up to 15,500 liters per minute. Both solutions are designed to fully utilize SAMSON AGRO’s application techniques even at low engine speeds.

Pumps from SAMSON AGRO are not vulnerable to foreign objects, including stones, steel, and plastic, and the pump’s simple construction and robustness help reduce maintenance costs.

TG has centrally located grease points* that simplify daily maintenance in a busy schedule. Additionally, TG can be equipped with automatic centralized lubrication*, ensuring that the equipment is lubricated with the right amount at the right intervals.

TG is equipped with high-reliability LED lights with minimal maintenance requirements. Additionally, the work area is illuminated by powerful, high-mounted LED lights*, enhancing safety and capacity even after dark.

Outlets and control units are placed at user-accessible heights, and additional features*, such as a water container with soap dispenser for hand washing, toolbox, and visual instructions directly on the machine, make the work easier when in operation.

To ensure homogeneous slurry, SAMSON TG is equipped with agitation functionality. Slurry is pumped into the three-way valve via the unloading pump, which doses slurry for application and pumps slurry into the tank to agitate it. This ensures that the slurry applied to the field has a consistent content of nutrients and organic material, resulting in uniform fertilization of crops.

SAMSON TG, in combination with the SlurryMaster 5000, can be equipped with a flow meter*. The flow meter is completely maintenance-free and has no mechanically moving parts. The desired amount of slurry to be applied per hectare is entered into the control system, after which the applied slurry quantity is regulated based on measurements from the flow meter. This provides highly accurate dosing regardless of whether driving uphill or downhill.
