We are looking for a controller to join our team in Viborg.
If you have a financial background and experience with financial controlling tasks, then you might be our new Controller?
SAMSON AGROLIZE A/S handles sales and service of new and used SAMSON machines in Denmark and Sweden.
Therefore, you will have financial tasks for both departments.
Your responsibilities
You are involved in the sales processes in relation to.
invoicing of machines and leasing agreements, where you ensure invoicing and follow-up.
- VAT accounting, reporting, bookkeeping and reconciliation (incl. Sweden)
- Ongoing reconciliations and tasks related to month-end closing
- Assistance with budget preparation and subsequent follow-up
- Multidisciplinary role between sales, transport and workshop
- Management of the company car fleet
- Invoice approval
- We are a smaller team and therefore there will be tasks/overlap in relation to Bookkeeper and CFO. We value flexibility and help each other.
Your qualifications
We expect you to have a higher education in economics/finance and some years of experience from a similar position.
It would be an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have knowledge of buying and selling machinery and financing.
You have strong IT skills and use Excel at a high level, as well as the rest of the Office package.
You are naturally numerate and have a good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping rules and VAT regulations.
We use Navision as our ERP system and if you have knowledge of Jetrapport and its setup, that’s a plus.
Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you are service-minded, analytical and structured.
You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
